Check your area
First you will put in your zip code on the free quote tool and it will redirect you to our client onboarding page where you may sign up
Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Turd Terminators representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
Customer Portal
You will be emailed with instructions on how to sign in to your customer profile on our portal, which allows easy changes to service or payment.
Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Turd Terminators will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Absolutely! Turd Terminators operate all year round rain or shine!
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Turd Terminators. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
No! We are a no contract business, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time inside our customer portal or feel free to give our staff a call!
Yes! We love cleaning with dogs we me even have a couple treats on us! We only ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression that you leave them inside during cleaning. If you know your dog is unsafe there is an option when you set up your account and we wont enter if they are out!
Yes you can, but not every cleanup day may be available in your area. We should have multiple available days to help work around this!
